NOTES:

When laying slates on the roof, they do not actually lie at the same pitch as the rafters. This should be taken into consideration when using Extra-Heavy slates on a roof with an angle of pitch less than 25°.

Although these tables give a general indication of the pitch and Lap Sizes for slate roofs. there are other factors that can also be considered when designing the roof. For further information contact us by email or telephone on (02) 9666 1592.
